By: Tres Roeder

Roeder Consulting helps mid-sized and Fortune 500 organizations deliver results through an improved ecosystem of five separate but interdependent attributes. Mr. Roeder will explain how modern organizations are rebuilding their operations around an organized methodology to “get it done”. This methodology be-gins with strategic planning and flows all the way through to individual day-to-day actions and decisions. Organizations implementing this approach are realizing success with: 30% more projects delivered on time, 28% more projects within budget, and 21% more projects within scope (source PMI).
